My name is John West and I live and work in the greater Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area. Not that I live and work all over it daily but that I drive across it getting from where I sleep to where I work. I have been blogging on and off for over 10 years; I enjoy photography, reading, swimming, golf, movies and TV all while spending time with my wife.
Getting back into the habit of tossing my thoughts out to somewhere on a semi regular basis I hope will have more success than my dieting. Of which I have recently begun paying for a gym membership that is taunting me due to lack of usage. If you're for some reason interested in what I think about life, beliefs and what's going on around me then by all means settle in and enjoy.
